Kelly joined go-centric as Service Delivery Director in 2012. Since then, our business has grown significantly. Kelly focuses on delivery of operational rigour and excellence across our services, whilst ensuring that go-centric is a fair, fun and rewarding place to work. Kelly delivers a consultative approach to managing omnichannel customer service and retention service, working in partnership with our clients to create effective customer engagement strategies and solutions that best fit their unique identity and deliver against measurable business goals.
