by Feb 21, 2019News

Introducing two new talented Team Leaders to the go-centric family! Elle and Grant joined us in January and have made a fantastic start, bringing fresh perspective to the team, lots of knowledge and experience and boundless enthusiasm! We have no doubt they are going to be invaluable assets in helping us make 2019 a huge success.

We asked them to answer a few simple questions to give you a whistle stop introduction…

Grant

Eleanor (Elle)

What is your background/experience?

I’ve worked for Vodafone UK for the last few years developing lots of experience in leading successful teams. Until this point, my career has primarily been based within the large corporate world. I’m really looking forward to instilling best practice and process to ensure business growth and people development. We’re committed to getting it right first time for our customers and clients! I also clocked up over 400 voluntary hours working for Active Schools while completing my degree.

What are your favourite things to do outside work?

For me it’s volunteering and completing any activity that gets my adrenalin levels up! So, Tough Mudder, Pedal for Scotland, Abseiling, Roller Coasters – I’m there!

Tell us an interesting fact about you.

I’ve broken my collar bone by walking a dog……learned to always have the ‘dug’ off the lead when throwing its favourite toy!

What made you join go-centric?

The growth plan and the people! You’ve got passion flowing through your veins, I love it!

What do you think of go-centric so far?

The office, people and future plans are fantastic! Excited to be part of the team and getting to know you all.

What is your background/experience?

Believe it or not I have 17 years of experience in management, largely gained in the banking and insurance industries with esure and Barclays Stockbrokers. I love leading, developing and coaching people and teams. After my time at Barclays I went on an 6 week trip to the US & Canada. I arrived home at the beginning of Dec, started job hunting, came in to meet Kelly and the team on 3 Jan and not long after that I joined go-centric! I am excited to help shape the ‘new world’ that we are all working towards.

What are your favourite things to do outside work?

I’m a big music fan, so going to gigs definitely. I also love travelling and enjoy upcycling furniture.

Tell us an interesting fact about you.

On 3 Nov 2009 Jon Bon Jovi kissed ME ( if you have to google who JBJ is then I am officially OLD!)

What made you join go-centric?

The energy and passion of the management team combined with the appeal of working for a smaller organisation compared to large multinational companies.

What do you think of go-centric so far?

Great people, great team and lots of opportunity to learn and help support the business move forward.
